About Orlando Crane Repair
The service side of Robert's Diesel Works Inc., a crane and diesel shop on West Gore Street in Orlando since 1989.
Robert (Bobby) Hodgins started Robert's Diesel Works in Orlando in 1989. It began as diesel work, became crane work, and the shop has been putting cranes on trucks, taking them apart and putting them back together ever since. Orlando Crane Repair is the name we have used for the service and repair side of the business on this site since 2009.
What that means when your crane is down
- The technician on your crane has usually built or rebuilt the same kind of machine
- We work on the truck as well as the crane, so the diagnosis does not stop at the sub-frame
- The fabrication shop is ours, so structural repairs stay in house
- The parts desk is in the same building, with new and used parts for older cranes
- For PM and Rotobec we are the authorized dealer; for every other make we are an honest independent shop
The rest of what we do
Robert's Diesel Works also sells and builds cranes and crane trucks, sources parts for every make, and keeps a library of PM and Rotobec manuals. That side of the business lives on our main site, drywallcranes.com: crane trucks, crane parts and the manual library. PM parts can be ordered online at the PM parts store.
